Super disappointed and upset with the haircut and stylist from this evenings haircut. She had detailed instructions printed out and the only change was fading the neck instead of squaring it off. She did not listen or follow anything that was said. Faded the neck in the beginning and then squared it off. Would ask if we wanted something done (this was my son’s haircut) and would start doing it before getting approval. Before I could answer, she would say “well I’m doing it”. I asked her to show how much she would take off the top and she ended up taking triple that. She basically did what she wanted with no care for her clients desires. My receipt says her name was Stacy, so I definitely do not recommend this stylist at this location. And maybe she should lay off the caffeine or whatever as she was supper jittery and twitchy. Not a good experience at all.

Donna was my barber at another company. i followed her to sport clips when she took over as manager. she is the best and i love the extras i get each time i go. thanks Donna!!!
